Anyone have convection oven conversion times for this for those of us without an air fryer? I always have UCs on hand for golfing. This sounds amazing. Battered and deep fried probably even better, Texas State Fair style.

Went for more of a 'gourmet' uncrustable for @sunshine

Egg washed for that golden brown color and crunchy texture and some fancy grape preserves.
Not quite homemade but enhanced.
And delicious.
