Precision Pro NX10 Rangefinder Review

I'll start by saying this is the first true range finder I've owned. The one I used off and on previously was a hand me down and not made for golf so it worked but it took more effort than what it was worth honestly

The NX10 is night and day difference. It picks up the target with ease and sends back the numbers almost instantly. The slope is something I never had previously so that is also a great feature. The magnet for me has been just fine (only used for 27 holes so far) but I saw some concerns reading earlier posts so I'll keep an eye out. I also really like the idea of being able to change covers and get a fresh look after awhile too. Excited to use this as the season gets under way here

Interested to hear your thoughts! I have enjoyed the rangefinder over the last year, mostly, but I have had a few issues. Mainly, I think that a magnet flush with the unit has a better hold as I still have issues with the NX10 falling off of my Motocaddy. Also, my unit has had a decent increase in false readings that require a re-laser. I guess the "good" think about this problem is that it is like 40-50 yards off, so I generally know a re-shoot is required. Lastly, I think that the battery life meter is mostly meaningless as mine jumps all over the place, up and down. It will go from 2 bars to 4 bars to 1 bar all in the same round.
