For some reason I had the bright idea to run some sprints yesterday....my body doesn't like running of any kind, and my knee and back started killing me during my final sprint. So, that will never happen again. I still made it to the gym today, but was smart and modified where I felt it was...
I think that part was in question because he was in a player courtesy car that was apparently clearly marked as such, so there would be no question he is a player.
They are really good, they have a nice charred flavor like you would get in a fajita. I love having stuff like that in the freezer for days when I don't feel like putting in a lot of effort to cook. Dinner was done in 5 minutes, with minimal cleanup and that included allowing me to meal prep...
I really like them for quick and easy lunches. Last night I cooked up a bag of Trader Joe's fire roasted peppers and onions, along with Chimichurri chicken and have lunch for days now. I heated up a tortilla and made a small taco and then the rest of the meat/veggies on the side with a dollop...
Dairy free too? I will have to see if my Costco has that. I think last time it was a tortilla soup, I can't remember. I had no idea Publix has a BOGO on them, I will definitely be stocking up next time too.
They have a chimichurri beef too apparently, but I got the chicken because that's what...
100%, that and proper form. Now that I have people around to call me out when my form starts to fail, my back has been a billion times better. It's honestly incredible what a difference it has made.
Haha, I knew you were. I have been really proud of myself, I only put gas in my car every 6 weeks or so, and I had to do it after 3!
I know, I have seen them in here, they are so weird! The first time I saw it, I thought it was some kind of prop transformer car or something.
That is not true. I go to the gym every weekday and sometimes on Saturday. I also frequent the grocery store and UPS store. And while Josh has been away I have been galavanting around town, went to town center, went all the way up to Neptune, went to Target, I even had to fill up my gas tank. 😂
So I decided I don't love the push/pull splits. I prefer to make a single muscle group work to fatigue then give it a break and move on to a different group the next day. I feel like everything is getting a little cheated this way. I know it's not, but mentally it feels that way to me.
